Returns Policy

Returns are very costly, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a Return must be made please note the following policy:

 

  1. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the Invoice Date. In addition, Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a copy of the original invoice. Any packaging without an RMA number will be refused. You must e-mail us for an RMA number to info@clearviewinvest.com.
  2. Fill out and include the Return Request Form with your returned item.
  3. Return Shipping Charges are the customers responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped in error, a FedEx return label will be issued to return the item(s).
  4. Upon receipt of the Returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made.
  5. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.) NOTE: If we deem a Return was made without reasonable cause, where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Order Cancellations for any reason are also subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. If an item is found to have been returned in any condition different from the condition in which it was originally shipped to the customer in, it will be subject to a damaged/used merchandise fee equivalent to the damage/use the product has sustained.
  6. When returning merchandise to be exchanged, additional shipping cost may apply.

 

We are an Internet Business, open Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm eastern time.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

You will be notified by email when your order ships via FedEx or USPS. If you do not receive tracking information please check your spam/junk folder in your email before contacting us. We ship products in the United States using FedEx or USPS. Our shipping charges are determined by the particular item ordered and where it is going. Every attempt is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to the many regulations and restrictions regarding firearms and firearm accessories we DO NOT ship outside the U.S.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

We ship FedEx and USPS. Alaska and Hawaii will have a flat rate of $50.00 due to high shipping costs.

Alaska - We are unable to ship ammo to Alaska due to shipping constraints. Please allow extra delivery time. Alaska does not qualify for free shipping.

California - We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of California. Ammunition must be shipped directly to a licensed FFL dealer.

Colorado - We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Colorado. Parts kits that have the ability to accept a belt cannot be shipped to Colorado. No magazines over 10 rounds are able to ship to Boulder County, Vail County nor Denver.

Connecticut - We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Connecticut. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. Only holders of a valid CT Carry Permit, Eligibility Certification, Long Gun Eligibility Certificate, or Ammunition Certificate and a State-Issued Photo ID will be able to purchase ammunition.

Deleware Magazines equal to or greater than 17 rounds are prohibited for shipment.

Florida No orders or items will be shipped to Miami or surrounding areas.

Hawaii - We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Hawaii. Parts kits are prohibited. Ammunition cannot be shipped to Hawaii due to shipping constraints.

Illinois – Anyone purchasing ammunition must provide a legal copy of their FOID card. The purchaser (our customer) MUST be the person holding their valid FOID card. No magazines over 10 rounds will be sent to Illinois. We cannot ship, magazines, parts kits or ammunition to anyone (even with FOID card) living in the city of Chicago, Deerfield, Homewood, Dolton, Highland Park, Evanston, Aurora, Skokie, Kane County, Lake County, Dupage County, or Cook County. We are able to use full discretion on ALL Illinois orders.

Maryland - We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of Maryland. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

Massachusetts - We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of Massachusetts. Anyone purchasing ammunition must have it shipped to an FFL dealer. Parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

New Jersey - We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of New Jersey. Parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

New York - We cannot ship magazines, firearm parts kits to anyone living in New York. Ammunition must be shipped directly to an FFL dealer. No sales of any kind to Bronx, Brookyln, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island nor New York City.

Puerto Rico - We are unable to ship ammo to Puerto Rico due to shipping constraints. Parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

Oregon - No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to Oregon.

Rhode Island - No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to Rhode Island.

Vermont - We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in Vermont.

Washington Ammunition, Magazines, Parts Kits & Receivers are restrcited from being shipped to Washington State.

Washington, D.C. - We are unable to ship any order or items to Washington, D.C.

P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship anything flammable, i.e. oil, stoves, etc., to a P.O. box. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

APO/FPO – We do not ship to these addresses.
