MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS
STATE LAW POLICIES
We comply with all Federal, State, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, and ammunition. The following is a current list (9-2018) of restrictions that will include, in some cases, additional policies set forth by Clearview Investments, Inc.
It is also your responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products we offer for sale.
- Alaska No Ammo (due to shipping limitations).
- California Handguns as per the CA DOJ Roster of Certified Handguns.
- Colorado No Ammo without a FFL.
- Connecticut No Mags.
- Hawaii No Pistol Mags over 10rds.
- Illinois Ammo requires a copy of FOID Card.
- Kansas Witchita: No Firearm Parts Kits.
- Maryland Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List.
- Maryland Handguns must be on the Massachusetts Approved Weapons Roster.
- Michigan Rifles must be more than 29 inches long or registered as a pistol.
- New Jersey No Mags over 15rds.
- New York State No Guns (except bolt action/pump action).
- Puerto Rico No Guns.
- Vermont.
- Washington, D.C. No Guns.
- Washington State No Firearm Parts Kits.
- PO Boxes Nothing Flammable. No Ammo, oil, stoves, etc....
- APO/FPO We do not ship to these addresses.
No Mags over 10 rounds.
No Semi-Auto Shotguns.
No Semi-Aut Rifles.
No Firearm Parts Kits.
Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco: No Ammo Without FFL.
Mags over 15 rounds will be removed from firearms and/or parts Kits.
No Guns (except Bolt Action/Pump Action).
All mags will be removed from firearms and/or parts kits.
No ammo (due to shipping limitations).
Pistol mags over 10 rounds will be removed from firearms and/or parts kits.
Cook County (all cities): No Guns, No Mags, No Firearm Parts Kits, No Ammo (even with FOID).
No Mags over 10rds.
No Semi-Auto Shotguns.
No Semi-Auto Rifles.
